Scope creep is a slow leak

Scope creep rarely arrives as a big demand. It sneaks in as 'just one small tweak', then another, then a 'quick' extra page. Each feels too minor to charge for, but together they can double your hours while your fee stays flat — quietly halving your real hourly rate.

Define 'done' before you start
